The photo books I ordered were beautifully done, packaged well and delivered as promised. My only concern is the price, which went up significantly from my first order - nearly double. I ended up purchasing on a holiday week to get a small discount and while I love the product, I will not be back. My next order will be with a different vendor where the cost is better.

The products and prints I received are amazing! I am a customer for well over a year. I get compliments on my photos all the time. What I didn’t like about the ordering process this last time is that I ordered less than $100 in products and because of it was going to have to pay for shipping. This isn’t the first time this happened to me. I just usually pay the shipping. I nearly fell over when I saw a shipping charge of $272! That wasn’t including my products! That was just for regular shipping! I was forced to decide whether to cancel my order completely or order $100 worth of products. I ended up ordering enough to get the free shipping but I will not be doing that again! If the shipping cost is that high again, I will find another place to order.

The work is ALWAYS first class. Our gallery has been ordering 24 X 36” since 2007 X 6, so it is obvious we are pleased. Thank you for your speedy service!

Great experience as always. My prints look great. They are well packaged so they arrive in perfect condition, and as usual, they arrive earlier than promised.
